Festival du Livre de Paris 2025

On Thursday, April 10th, I had the pleasure of attending the opening ceremony of the Festival du Livre de Paris 2025, held in the majestic setting of the Grand Palais.

The atmosphere was both solemn and warm, illuminated by the light streaming through the iconic glass roof, where authors, publishers, booksellers, and literature lovers gathered.

The festival is currently taking place over three days — from Friday the 11th to Sunday the 13th of April — and offers a rich and diverse program.

Conferences, panel discussions, book signings, public readings… there’s something for everyone, of all ages.

During these few days, the whole city is pulsing with the rhythm of words, ideas, and literary exchange.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate literature in all its forms and to discover works from a wide range of backgrounds.

Whether you're a devoted reader or simply curious, everyone can find something to enjoy in this warm and inspiring atmosphere.
